Who publishes what

Essential and Standard: nothing is published without your approval, except, in Standard, replies to 4- and 5-star reviews, published under the rules you approve at set-up.

Premium: you choose and sign delegation mode at set-up. Your approval becomes optional: a piece of content goes out 48 hours after sending if you haven't replied.

All plans: a sensitive review (health, accident, threat, accusation) is never published automatically, whatever its rating.

What is published without me?

In Essential and Standard, nothing without your approval, except in Standard replies to 4- and 5-star reviews, under the rules approved at set-up. In Premium, you choose delegation mode: a piece of content goes out 48 hours after sending if you haven't replied. A sensitive review is never published automatically.

Will an AI reply with any old thing?

No. Our content is based on the information you have approved. No commercial claim (price, offer, allergens...) is published without your consent, and a serious review is always handled by a person.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

Never. You add us as a manager and remove us whenever you like.

What does "8 pieces of content a month" mean?

8 different subjects, each published on each of the accounts you chose and on your Google Business Profile. The accounts are chosen at set-up according to your trade, from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

What if you miss the deadlines?

Listing optimised within 7 days, first content proposed within 72 hours (Standard and Premium), every new review handled within 24 hours. If one of these times is missed, the following month is free. Your rating, on the other hand, depends on your customers: nobody can honestly guarantee it.

Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?

No. The request goes to all your customers, without filtering, and nobody sets your staff a review quota: Google's rules forbid it.

How much is a better rating worth?

We don't promise it. A Harvard study gives an order of magnitude for restaurants: estimate it with our simulator, and read its limits.
